When does the program run?

The 2020 Fall Residential Rebate Program begins August 12, 2020. In order to qualify for an EAP rebate, all contracts with your contractor must be signed on or after this date. The final date to sign off on a contract for your system is November 4, 2020. All systems must be installed on or before November 18, 2020.

How much can I save?

Participating contractors can offer rebates between $500 and $1,200 depending on your system. Rebate levels are based on the installed system’s efficiency, measured in SEER, EER, and HSPF levels.

How will I get my rebate?

The EAP rebate will be deducted directly from your invoice by your contractor. You will not need to submit anything to the manufacturer. Your contract and invoice should clearly note “EAP Rebate” and the rebate amount provided by the contractor.

Can I combine this rebate with other manufacturer rebates?

This offer is not valid in combination with other rebates with the sole exception of PECO Rebates, which can be combined with EAP rebates if system levels meet PECO rebate requirements. Your participating contractor may be able to assist you in applying for PECO’s rebates. Note 12 EER systems will not qualify for PECO rebates.

Are there any restrictions?

Equipment purchased from Home Improvement or other Retail Stores is also not eligible. All equipment must be purchased through a participating contractor. Rebates will be offered on full heat pump or central air conditioning systems. For heat pump systems, this means that both the outdoor unit and indoor air handler must be replaced. For central air conditioning systems, this means that the outdoor unit, indoor fan-bearing unit/furnace, and coil must be replaced. Add-on coils alone are not eligible for a rebate. The contract with your participating HVAC contractor must be signed between August 12 and November 4, 2020. Your system must be installed by November 14, 2020. Equipment for project quotes and/or new construction quotes is excluded from this offer.
